Refund policy

1. Post-Delivery Warranty Period

· All warranty claims (returns/exchanges) must be submitted within 15 days of order receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests after this deadline.

2. Item Condition Requirements

· Eligible for Return/Exchange: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories included.

· Non-Eligible Items:

Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., tiny scratches, color variations) that do not affect functionality are considered acceptable manufacturing tolerances and are not covered under warranty.

Severe defects (e.g., broken components, malfunctioning parts) or damage caused by shipping logistics are eligible for warranty claims.

3. How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

· For severe defects or shipping damage, please contact our official support team via JDG’s Discord community (@jdg.esports) with:

Your order number;

Photos/videos clearly showing the issue;

Description of the problem.

· Our team will review your case and guide you through the next steps if approved.
