· All warranty claims (returns/exchanges) must be submitted within 15 days of order receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests after this deadline.
· Eligible for Return/Exchange: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
· Non-Eligible Items:
o Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., tiny scratches, color variations) that do not affect functionality are considered acceptable manufacturing tolerances and are not covered under warranty.
o Severe defects (e.g., broken components, malfunctioning parts) or damage caused by shipping logistics are eligible for warranty claims.
· For severe defects or shipping damage, please contact our official support team via JDG’s Discord community (@jdg.esports) with:
o Your order number;
o Photos/videos clearly showing the issue;
o Description of the problem.
· Our team will review your case and guide you through the next steps if approved.
